• Account information — your name, email, phone number, business name and role when you register or are invited.
• Business data you enter — products, inventory, sales, customers, suppliers, and financial records you create in the app. This belongs to you; we process it only to provide the service.
• Enquiries — details you submit through our “Request a demo” or contact forms.
• Technical & usage data — IP address, browser type, device information and pages viewed, collected to keep the service secure and reliable.
• Cookies — we use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
